We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payment.
Orders will only be posted once payment has been received and the funds are cleared.
Delivery
We offer Flat Rate Postage:-
Standard $14.95 (3 - 4 business days)
Express Postage - $19.95 (Overnight if in Express Postage Network)

You are welcome to pick up your order from our shop in Eumundi.

Wednesday 7:30am - 2:00pm
Friday 8:30am - 2:00pm
Saturday 7:30am - 2:00pm
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
You can request a return/refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
We do not except change of mind returns on Sale, Reduced Price items or Clearance Items.
Additional delivery fees applied to exchanged items.

We cannot be responsible for items that are misplaced by Australia Post.
Please use registered postage to prevent lost parcels.
Faulty or Damaged Products
All items are checked thoroughly when packed for delivery. In the unlikely event that your order is
damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately via email. hello@bowerbirdofeumundi.com.au
You can request a return for faulty, damaged products, or missing items within 7 days of receipt.
Please make sure the product is complete with all of its parts and with its original packaging.
Please carefully pack all items for shipping so no additional damage occurs during transportation.
